Adaptive Gardening

In our efforts to increase education opportunities for our communities the members of Washington County Master Gardeners are committed to developing gardening adaptations to make gardening enjoyable and successful for people of different ages, levels of ability, interest and needs.

We have a group of Master Gardeners that will come to your facility and provide gardening opportunities and nature based activities to a diverse and challenged population. Our gardeners are available at the Washington County Fair, West Bend Farmers Markets , and other public community events throughout the year.

We will aid in recommending a unique, functional, user friendly garden design plan to meet your needs by adapting tools, space, containers, plant types to meet the needs of those that wish to continue to enjoy the pleasure of gardening.
